RCs Dutch RC Ban, where's it going?

Plenty of people make meth as well, it's no more legal, if MXE is truly as great as they say, it's return, atleast in lower quantities, is inevitable.

I'm not really big into ketamine or dissos in general but I hear ket is harder to find than it once was and for a time while MXE was widely available it was being passed off as ket 9 times out of 10.

I thought it was basically the same it just required less of a dose to get to the same level.
I never looked at any SAR values though.


@Gaffy regarding 3CMC and more interestingly 4FMPH in NLs does that mean shops can openly sell it in head shops there? And if it will survive the proposed NPS ban does that mean the NL government have accepted it to be a "safe" substance?

I can't really see 3CMC or it's metabolites as being safe. Interesting though that the Swedes chose this drug above all the other NPS to decriminalize, I don't rank it very highly at all.
4Fritalin though I think is basically more potent ritalin and as such has the same recreational (and focus) value, that is to say it is not without its merits.

I don't know much about chemistry but I've heard the synthesis isn't hard and just 3 simple steps. Pretty sure the dea themselves released the tek

if you can then go for it ! synthesize it yourself, i'm telling you practical organic chemistry is not that hard if you have spare space or ventilated room, money for reagents and a little cleverness for the unavoidable detours from the original route of synthesis :)

Seems complicated. Lots of terminology i don't understand. I might study it eventually.
 
I just re read the controlled substances act, and I feel like as long as its not sold for human consumption it's legal? If this is the case and an attorney could verify thwt... well I've already gone too far posting on here about it. But I'll learn to make it if someone else wants to sell it, and I don't think having a druggie chemist could make you liable? Idk, im not a lawyer. Really why hasn't someone else done this, at least here in the USA? Is it a regulated precursor thing or..?

i think it has more to do with that it's still type of an underground drug and possible manufacturers are therefore steered away from producing it. dont think because that it's made sort of a hype in places like bluelight it is the same elsewhere.

Its definitely not just bluelight, I've lived in places where it was very popular and people were quite upset by the drought, and it seems in any online drug forum the sentiment is the same. Definitely think someone could sell out of whatever amount they could reasonably produce quite fast, especially if they did it openly on the clearnet with attorneys at the ready.

It was quite popular at festivals as well, from what I recall, and was more often than not not misrepresented in any way and sold as mxe.
 
It was never a drug that appealed to the masses. Those who enjoyed ket would for sure enjoy it. But for most ketamine/dissociative= bad time which i know is wrong but its the stigma. Same as why alcohol is tolerated but the opposite. Alot of people when taking ketamime are drunk which totally alters the high and or have too big a dose in the wrong setting and puts people off.

Im not saying that methoxy isnt a good drug. Far from it. But any chemical in the wrong hands can be dangorous.. this stuff isnt for the masses. Appeals to us mere oddballs 😂
 
so sad i never got to try it :( out of topic but how does it compare to DMXE for those who've had a taste of both ?
 
Update on the 'ban'

November 2021 some of the currently sold RC's are put in schedule 1 or 2 of the Opium law. These will include Etizolam, Flunitrazolam and Flualprazolam but not all of the Benzodiazepinen. Bit weird imo, but not a bad thing!

Also included are 4-CMC and n-Ethyl-Hexedrone and if i got it right all the Phenethylamine's like DOC and 2C-I.

Tryptamine´s and Lysergic's stay available for research as well as Arylcyclohexylamine's. 3-MMC is still under debate but not included. It will probably follow the ban in November is my guess.
 
Add 3-MMC to the list. N-ethyl-Hexedrone and 4-CMC. the list being Etizolam and Flu-alprazolam.

Waiting on a official publication from the gouvernement before the ban comes in order though. So atm probably they all are still legal to purchase.
