Need to get prescribed some painkillers probably from the ER since I don't have a GP I am in the US I don't really care if I have to break something just nothing to do with my growing or my ass instead of that I'm open to pretty much any ideas
 
I doubt there’s many places. Also trust me on this if you’re in the US you could take a bullet and be given jack shit. I didn’t get anything when I had cancer, they’re not handing them out like they used to. You’re better off finding on the street or growing poppies.

And end up with 5 hydrocodone pills.. or some tylenol? Think about it man, it's a ridiculous idea. Hospitals are even trained to recognize self induced injury and drug seeking behavior.

Like others have mentioned go get some kratom. It's sold in virtually every gas station or smoke shop.

Or go to a bupe clinic and get that.

Honestly I know some will disagree but when I’ve been in nasty withdrawal high doses of loperamide helps. I only needed 20mg but some need upwards of 80-100. It’s not a safe opiate with possible heart complications I think (@negrogesic knows more on that) but when comparing this to a finger, I’d take high dose lope.

That should be available in 2mg tablets in a pharmacy.

Wild Lettuce Opium can do the trick too if you happen to be in a location with plants that will actually get you high, I’ve had mixed results.

I hope you realize how bad of a decision this is?

If I was an ER dr. And even slightly suspected this, youde be staying for a psychiatric evaluation and my recommendation would be, unfortunately, anti psychotics and a half way house
 
*cancer patients* are being denied opioids in the states now so your chances of getting anything in the ER if you haven't lost a limb are pretty slim. Even people with gallstones and pancreatitis (something I've had in the past as a reaction to medication and I wanted to die, do not recommend) don't get opioids anymore. Honestly if you have the strength of will to cut a finger off to get opioids you've got the strength to go without. Best case scenario is a thousand dollar Urgent Care bill for a 6 hour wait for two tylenol, and you'll probably end up with the dreaded 'drug seeker' label on your file which will ensure you never get opioids again even if you have lost a limb.

Loperamide will stop a lot withdrawal symptoms if that's your issue, but DO NOT go looking to cop a high from it bc 1) it's quite difficult to achieve without megadosing 2) it's a dirty feeling high that from what I can gather feels like tainted tramadol, 3) it's really unsafe for a number of reasons (the constipation actually being the least of your worries) and 4) it will completely destroy your tolerance to every other opioid out there while leaving you completely dependent on something you can't get off because the withdrawal is horrific (fentanyl strength WDs with methadone half life - no thanks).
I just got done reading the two massive loperamide threads we have on here (skodeo's 'loperamide diaries' and malfunkshn's 96mg trip report which probably kickstarted the whole thing) - if anyone can read those and still think 'this sounds like a great idea for a high' they probably need a psych evaluation lol
 
Methadone maintenance sounds up your alley. No amount of self harm is going to get you a supply of opiates that will even get you high for more than a few pills worth.

Agreed, you can be on methadone in one day but hopefully youll still have an opiate in your piss for a dirty piss test or theyll deny you ,,,

You wanting to harm yourself to get some drugs is common ,for me at least, i stood over a radial arm saw at work so many times wanting to just take the tip of the finger off but never did, i realized it was a stupid idea and just carried on….itll pass
 
Im a legit pain patient and the most i have gotten from the ER here is enough ills for a day If they suspect your a drug seeker you wont even get that
 
I got six 5/325 Oxycodone for having a huge tooth extraction. This was a few days ago. When I was bad this would have held me for about an hour.

Risk to reward.
