They work, but what they fail to mention is that you grow a 3 inch penis out of your forehead. This indeed adding 3 inches to your total penis length, which makes the ads technically true but rather dishonest.

Lol no, those pills are all bullshit. All those pictures of porn guys dicks are taken at particular angles to make them look even bigger. They aren’t even that big in person. But the pills are definite bullshit, don’t waste your money. My expertise? I’m a porn star

I don't know if there have been any studies on them, but permanent growth seems fairly implausible. You'd probably need HGH to get it to grow properly.

Keep in mind that enlargment surgery is a thing, if there was a pill that could safely be sold OTC to give a noticeable permanent increase, especially on the claimed timescales of a few days to a couple of weeks, those surgeries would basically stop overnight.

Affecting circulation enough for a small temporary increase is at least at the edge of plausibility, but the extra strain this would put on everything honestly would scare me even if I wasn't planning on getting rid of it anyways.

I've heard of people attaching weights that stretch it out, this seems more plausible if you really want to try a nonsurgical approach. Just do your research first, too much weight could cause a lot of damage and you might not notice it immediately. Pumps might work too if carefully used. But I would never consider a pill for this sort of thing that hasn't been through proper clinical trials.

No, they're not real.

You can however increase the thickness and length of your penis by performing what are called "jelqs or jelqing", as well as proper usage of "penis pumps".

There is actually a website called "thunders place" that'll explain it all to you. They don't ask for money and they have many members who have posted before and after pics with rulers so you can actually see how much size they gained.
