Stimulants bupropion , can i get high ?

i have a lot of bupropion purple pills , can i have a good high take like a recreational dose ? snorting , how much can i take ? i can mix with alcohol ? please answer i just want to do something with dopamine , thnx

Recreational use of bupropion is possible, albeit dangerous (it's #1 seizure provoking medication overall in some lists) as well as the XR pills have some nasty fillers in them and it provices just a short lived (~30min) dopaminergic rush which then fades into a very long norepinephrinergic comedown. This is because bupropion, being a NDRI, gets metabolized by first-pass into hydroxynorbupropion, which is a pure NRI. By snorting the substance you circumvent first-pass, as probably does plugging/boofing. So, yeah, bupropion can get you high but it's not worth it. As it is a stimulant, specially a short lived one, it also will lead to binges which are very dangerous because of said seizure risk.

I wouldn't bet on that clonazepam when you take it daily! You'll have built up substantial tolerance, I know some drugs keep their efficacy against some things and lose it against others and benzos might retain their anticonvulsive properties to a certain degree but you can't be sure. Smoking should be possible as it's a cathinone (? can all/most cathinones be vaped/smoked ?) but extraction would be crucial as there are l;ots and lots of nasty retardation fillers in these pills.

ok, but i can take like 600mg of bup and 4mg of clonazepam ? this bup will be snorted , i already take 300 mg and feels great, like ritalin without anxiety

bupropion is touted to be not that great recreationally. the tert-butyl on the N makes it rather lame. 3-cmc is a nice one though, i like it better than 3-mmc for example.

Why does everyone write about Bupropion (Wellbutrin) as a drug of abuse ?

Like if you were doing a 15 year stretch, I could get people trying to inject it lol…. But despite its amphetamine / Cathinone backbone / skeletal structure…..it has NO euphoric properties even remotely close to Methylphenidate (Ritalin) or Amphetamines in general

I had a script for years 150/300mg XR …..when starting you feel a little boosted / alert and is useful for smoking cessation. It doesn’t have the dopaminergic properties like an inverse agonist or releasing agent

Bupropion is a Beta-Ketone-Amphetamine with its Phenylethylamine skeletal structure (like Khat)

…..but seriously, freaking Wellbutrin lol. I guess it’s the Gabapentin compared to the Valiums of the world
