I'm assuming you are referring to a fentanyl synthesis via black pepper extract?

Synthesis discussion is strictly prohibited here, but on a practical note, if you can't figure out how to perform that step, then you definitely shouldn't be attempting a fentanyl synthesis because there are a bunch of steps after that one.
