Heroin and bronchitis-like symptoms

Since two weeks or so something very weird happens to me after snorting heroin and I have no idea what the cause could be. When I do heroin (I never smoke or shoot) I notice that after one hour I develop shortness of breath very similar to bronchitis. Also, mucus accumulates in my throat area and when I cough it up I can breath better for a short while. This condition always lasts for the rest of the day. Could it be that there is some bad cut in it that causes these symptoms?

It's could be a partially collapsed lung or any number of different respiratory issues. Best to go see a doctor and at least get a quick check up and x-ray
