I sweat a lot too but I realized a lot of my fears about smelling bad was all in my head. One day after a night of partying, I sniffed the clothes I had been wearing and to my surprise, they didn’t smell
that bad. They smelled like my normal sweat, not some gross foul smelling horribly offensive odor.
Now I do get really sticky and gross while I’m using. So if im up all night binging and sweating, I take multiple quick showers throughout the night in cold/cool water. I used to get these really weird heat rashes from a combination of my body heat + my sweat + my moisturizer + the hot showers. Once I switched to cool showers, I stopped getting them. Plus, if I’m really hot or anxious, the cold water helps out tremendously.
I have these exfoliating shower mittens and I’ll put some body wash on them and lightly go up and down my body — paying special attention to my underarms and other super sweaty areas. They get rid of that layer of grime and dirt much better than any towel. But I do it very gently so that I don’t over exfoliate my skin since I may do it multiple times a night.
Somehow in the midst of being oily and grimy, my skin has the tendency of getting superrrrrr dry while I’m doing meth. At first I was applying these heavy moisturizers, but that just made me even more dirty and contributed to me having heat rash. Now I skip out on those and instead, I make sure that I stay hydrated and sometimes I’ll turn on my humidifier for a few mins.
The humidifier changed the game for me because not only does it help with my dry skin, it also clears my nose/sinuses when I’ve been snorting. It adds moisture to everything…my skin, my hair, my mouth, my eyes, my lips. Everything. Only thing is, I have to make sure I remember not to let it run too long because if the humidity in the room is too high, I’ll start getting clammy. (Too much humidity makes it so your sweat can’t evaporate and you run the risk of overheating.)
But yeah, aside from my mittens and humidifier some of the other things I keep handy are: lots of water and sports drinks, saline nasal spray, magnesium pills, 5HTP, bottles of orange juice, my seroquel (I need to get the script refilled ASAP), baby wipes/alcohol wipes, Alkaseltzer, a deep cleaning facial cleanser, and I think that’s it. Oh, and lots of condoms and lube lol.

I thought of something else. It’s hard enough trying to eat while on meth. If I can’t get myself to eat an actual meal, I’ll get a pack of tuna/crackers or a cup of noodles. The tuna is great because of the protein and the amount of water. The noodles help clear my nose/sinuses and of course, I drink the juice when I’m done. Sometimes the warmth of the noodle will help me sleep lol.
