Hello,

5 minutes I drank 200 ml orange juice. Can I take my ritalin hard capsule as usual or can this cause problems?
I read that this can cause lower absorption but for how long? When can I take my medicine without problems?

Since you wrote this a couple of hours ago you probably took your med already but the OJ is fine. OJ doesn't interact with this med as far as I know.

Taking methylphenidate with a meal speeds obsorbtion

Taking methylphenidate with ethanol (alcohol) also increases levels of the active isomer d-mph by up to 40%...also produces the inactive metabolite Ritalinic Acid and l-ethylphenidate (no effects on dopamine transporter)
