Im new and have tried to ask a question and was shut down. Im not trying to beat a drug test all i would like to know is will a doctor know i am sniffing my subutex and not taking it orally?

I already explained it to you....nicely i might add............We don't allow questions like that on Bluelight. It has to do with drug testing and it's not allowed.
To answer your question unless you go into your appointment with the subutex glued to your nose he won't be able to tell by your urine whether you are sniffing it, plugging it, shooting it or taking it as prescribed.
And yes, you are in fact asking a drug testing question because you have a UA next monday and you want to know if your drug test will let the Dr. know that you are not using it as prescribed.
Gonna close this one too. We don't know your health, your biology, your nutrition, your weight, your age....how are we supposed to know what your urine is going to tell the Dr.
