Hahahaha. A cop or one of those suburban old people who are extremely "house proud" ie. they don't know what to do with themselves except mow the lawn and clean their car. One of my neighbours is like that (they use a leaf-blower in their undercover carport wtf). If I drive past and he's out front I have to stop and chat, and every fkn time he comments on the state of the car's exterior 🙄
