Heavy exercise normally, but if the symptoms would get really bad then meds. Not medicated all the time for me.

Damn that's rough. Forest Climbing (somewhere there's no spiders!) because if something happened and we were lost at sea I'd be SO FUCKING ANNOYING to be with because I'm never not thirsty and I'd never stop trying to get at our fluid supply (or drink all the piss lol).
