Misc viagra, poppers, crack combo

Hi everyone so I was out with the missus drinking last night until this morning and we done some laughing gas and I found an bottle of poppers lying around so I was sniffing away at it, I couldn?t get an errection so I swallowed 100mg of viagra smoked a couple more pipes and a couple more on the poppers and then my jaw just started to hurt and I could feel my brain pulsating, that?s all I remember till I woke up from a seizure where I hit my head any ideas??? I know it was silly to take coke and viagra
 
The poppers can increase your heart rate as well and as you probably experienced, put you in a sort of hypnotic state. I think that was the icing on the cake and really pulled the rug out from under you. I have felt like passing out plenty of times on poppers, not to mention the blood rushing into your penis from the viagra which is taken away from your brain ;p

That combination is not safe. Not even any two of them together.
 
There is a reason the viagra commercial says not to use it with nitrates (poppers), it's a dangerous combo. You're luck you didn't pop a brain gasket.
 
Viagra was actually developed as a blood pressure medication until they discovered that all the male patients were getting erections as a side effect; the drug was quickly rebranded and Viagra was born. Which is fine but seeing as Poppers are a potent hypotension inducing drug, you can see the interaction danger. Not entirely sure why that would cause a seizure but it might explain a LOC.

Are you epileptic or withdrawing from anything?
 
This combo is asking for a heart attack. Dan Bilzarian had a heart attack on a coke and viagra combo and it doesn't make it any better that you added poppers to the mix.

Do you know what the mechanism behind the interaction is? Like decreased preload to the heart with increased heart rate?

I know palpitations, hypertension and arrhythmia are rare side effects of Sildenafil. It was also suggested that Lamar Odom and Dan Bilzarian both used it in amounts around the 400mg mark before Dan had an MI and Lamar had a small stroke at the bunny ranch.
At the same time it's beneficial for things like Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.

This has piqued my interest though as I know the two are popular combos. Thx FH.
 
Alkyl nitrites (poppers) are a source of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide acts as a signal molecule, with cyclic GMP as a second messenger, eventually resulting in vasodilation. PDE5 inhibitors prevent a certain enzyme from breaking down cyclic GMP, also leading to vasodilation.

Basically, viagra+poppers is the vasodilatory equivalent of mixing an MAOI with a serotonin releaser.
 
Laughing gas? You can get that on the street? I wouldn’t even know what to ask my dealer for. Does that require special equipment?

It's something I've thought about a lot after hearing a lecture on PDE5-inhibitors. A quick NCBI search didn't help much and I couldn't find a paper on cocaine + sildenafil causing a heart attack, I might go down the rabbit hole again to see if I can find something.

Nitric oxide is NO.

Nitric oxide as a gas is not approved for use in humans except as a last-resort treatment in infants suffering from pulmonary hypertension. It does not produce psychoactive effects, and would basically be impossible to correctly dose on yourself. Instead, people requiring nitric oxide-based therapies ingest nitroglycerin which gradually releases nitric oxide within the body.

Oh hell! That sounds dangerous. Very dangerous.
 
In my opinion, if you use Viagra, use ONLY Viagra. This stuff is speeding up your heart rate. And that's why it's dangerous to combine it with other stuff that affect the heart. BTW, I don't even use Viagra. Mostly I use cheaper generics instead of it. Last time it was Fildena 100 and it was as good as the original Viagra. One of my friends told me about this stuff a half of a year ago and I have used it from time to time since then. It's cheaper than Viagra something like 10 times.

When I take 100 milligrams of Viagra, my penis gets about 10% larger than it does otherwise.

Would this mean that taking a gram of the stuff would render my cocque 100% larger? In other words: will taking a gram of viagra make my penis 64 centimetres instead of 32 cm?

N2O is laughing gas, legal.

Nitrates, amyl being the best known one are illegal. But they do seem to expend your brown hole something Laughing gas won't do.
