I've got to say, I like (and read/listen to) a lot of the ones already mentioned...
But, a book that helped me a lot was 'Unfuck Yourself' by Gary John Bishop.
Dr. Jordan B. Peterson has to be my #1

I fall upon this debate the other day and it made me wanna read some Foucault. I just love his style, he makes me think of Spider Jerusalem, and his philosophy seems ok, imma get to it

He has an interessent storie too, he was studying the penal sytem, the psychiatric system, the sexologsim system, etc., searching from the XVIIIeme to his time. He died because of AIDS in 84, and his partener created the association AIDES, to help with this epidemy which nobody seems to give a fuck since there's the covid mode...
