"very full on body load with these. they are a cheap alternative but not commonly used becasue of this.. not as bad as nutmeg, but enough to make people question doing it repeatedly...
that being said, it iw worth trying... 4 seeds is a good starting point, an experienced user might want to start with 6 though.
takes a long time- i think about 2 hrs to come up... have some ginger handy.... crystalized, etc. very uncomfortable 2 hrs....
some say crush seeds, some say soak in water... both seem to work ok".
