There are two actual zolpidem structural analogues that are currently available, but they've been available for a while and I haven't heard much yet.

Ambien itself is a pretty shit drug, both for sleep and recreation IME. There's no demand for zolpidem analogues. What few I've seen available never reached enough popularity to warrant any use of them.

Zopiclone (Immovane) is a genuine pharmaceutical hypnotic sold online RC vendor in Canada

Often described as a “benzo in disguise” being a GABA-A agonist subunit A1 hypnotic. I have a genuine script once. Very effective for sleep but the Horrid metallic taste that lasts for a day or two, altering the taste of food, etc…makes the drug unbearable for any regular usage. Half a 7.5mg tablets hour prior to bed would be most in an emergency

Clonidine 0.1mg tablets is FAR more effective for calming the CNS, reducing BP & HR, and makes falling asleep super easy. I absolutely love Clonidine as a benzo alternative and add on med for an anxiolytic cocktail

Etizolam 0.5mg
Gabapentin 300mg
Clonidine 0.1mg (half a scored tablet)
Cannabis Indica 5mg THC/CBD (Tweed oral jel cap)

Few hours before bedtime…..best cocktail combo for a relaxing night and good nights sleep, without any noticeable groggy side effects next morning.

Yeah, there was at least zaleplon and something marketed as a zolpidem derivate available for sale last time I've checked. Never sampled those but pagoclone which is essentially a non-sedating z drug derivate and is pretty nice (depending on what effects you desire).
