Australian & Asian Drug Discussion forum is looking for 1 or 2 new moderators to join the team! Whether it is one or two new mods that we bring on board will depend on the quantity and quality of the applications we receive. We are conducting a 2 week long application process.
What we expect from you:
- you will log in to Bluelight at least once a day (unless you notify your colleagues) and check through each thread in AADD for any violations of the BLUA and the AADD forum guidelines
- maintain a consistent level of activity in AADD and the staff forum
- uphold the BLUA and AADD forum guidelines at all times
- conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times
- just generally be a sick cunt
Who we are looking for:
- someone who has shown consistent activity in AADD
- someone who routinely posts helpful responses
- someone with solid and up-to-date drug knowledge
- someone with up-to-date knowledge of drug policy in Australia, Asia and Oceania
- someone who is kind, patient and empathic

2. What interests you about moderating AADD? What do you feel that you will bring to the team? What relevant experience do you have? (e.g. moderating elsewhere, work/volunteering/activism experience etc)
3. How do you feel that AADD (and Bluelight as a whole) could be improved?
4. Is there anything else that you would like to tell us about yourself?
