The good thing about Meth Detox is that is not physically addictive. Anyone that's ever detoxed from any sort of opiate such as oxycontin, heroin, etc. knows what I'm talking about. Your body aches, you can't sleep, you have no appetite and it's physically and mentally debilitating.
Meth is not that way. At least physically. Meth withdrawals are full of sleep and food cravings. The best way to detox from meth quickly is to drink as much water as possible. Water replenishes and revitalizes. Vitamins are also crucial in helping you to return to normal quickly. Or, at least quicker. Meth saps your essential nutrients and can really take a toll on your body. Vitamins and water help to offset much of this.

Finally, meth is very addictive psychologically. It completely wraps you. It consumes, devours and dominates your life and everything in it. Your mind, your body, your thoughts and your actions. It will be on your mind when you're awake and often visits in your sleep. Depending on the length of time you've been doing it, will determine the length and intensity of these thoughts.

Do you think that ChoicePoint’s meth detox program is right for me?
