Last year I was obsessed with that "The Most Disturbing Movies Iceberg" and made a thread on it. My latest movie-obsession, this year (well, since October) is the Italian gialli ("giallo" is the singuar, "gialli" is the plural).
If you don't what giallo is, it's hard to explain because it's basically a whole genre of it's own but it's absolutely worth taking two minutes to google it or there are really easy, short explainations on youtube if you just google "giallo"

I guess it's kinda niche, but I'd love to hear from any other fans, or just generally any people have seen, what are your favourites etc?
