Yep, it gave me flashbacks as well, to when I couldn't pee even though my bladder was full. I wasn't on any drugs at the time either. It was horrible. I went to the ER and they admitted me immediately as an emergency because my bladder was legit about to explode. They had to catheterise my urethra to empty my bladder, they got 1.5 litres (50 ounces) of urine out!!!!!!! So yep, my bladder was actually about to explode...
After a million tests and scans, they never found out why I couldn't pee. It's never happen before or since. So....

That happened me following bowel surgery. The whole left side of my colon was so inflamed that it was somehow affecting my bladder. My bladder was getting really full and I was about to go to the ER, when I remembered something a nurse told me once. When her elderly patients couldn't pee, she would pour hot-ish water over their abdomen. I did that and it didn't work, so I full on sat in hot water... and it made the urine come out.

So for like 3 weeks while my bowel healed I had to sit in hot water whenever I wanted to pee. It was such a nightmare. But I guess not as bad as needing a catheter!

I didn’t seek help soon enough and did try to suicide.
I suffered liver failure on top of the chronic pain and had a Near Death Experience.

The Gabapentin helped with the vivid lucid dreaming and never getting any real sleep.

This has happened to me also.
It hurts! to say the least.
We can all be grateful that we don’t have to go to daily dialysis and are not on the kidney transplant list.
This is serious stuff my friends.
Seek help before it is too late.
Things can get worse.

I still believe it isn't just the K as such but some highly toxic synth impurity/leftover in illicitly synthed K - which doesn't really make a difference but I'd love to see detailed analysis of the stuff currently circulating vs. pharm grade K ...

But yeah I agree people starting to use K should see this thread. If possible also use the RC derivates 2F-/DCK. And know that abusing them while it won't kill the bladder as illicit K but can give one schizo like symptoms.

Yea same.
I've done kilos and kilos (and kilos) of k over the years but only ever done like 2 grams of what i knew to be 100% actual pharm grade stuff i cooked from vials myself (sourced from the DNM in silk road days) and snorted.

I wish there was a multiverse me who'd used the same amount as this me but ONLY used pharma, and we could compare damages

Quite a few of my friends and family irl saw those photos years before i uploaded them and don't know i use BL or half the stuff i post especially the IV stuff and stuff i say in TL so i am kinda putting myself at risk by posting this but its for the greater good.
No one should ever let themselves get that deep into ket. Its so evil on the body if abused. I was so stupid, but hey i learnt alot and I've helped multiple others now so

Oh but yeah, feel free to do this as well. For me the browser struggles to scroll through the post due to the images, and doing an nsfw click would probably fix that. Could just be my phone or browser or something though

@jhjhsdi Granted, when you've done literally kilos with an s, then the K itself will be somewhat toxic. My amount of all ACHs ever consumed might sum up to at max half a kilo because of the potency of these RCs. ACHs unfortunately are urotoxic but don't know about the degree, it has ever only been sampled in rats afaik.

Do you notice any differences or deficits in memory, attention, overall wellbeing besides the bladder?

My memory suffered a lot, it's hard to pinpoint the cause of course but I guess in my age it should be still what I had as an adolescent, that was memory being too good, I remembered every single little shit that happened and could write superb marks out of stuff read just once. Now I read something, and as I'm finished with one paragraph the previous one has been gone to the void. Attention was bad all the time, here I'm not sure how much really suffered, maybe it was more of disbalance of brain chemicals which recovered over time - I've been off any and all dissociatives as well as stimulants and other drugs besides the prescribed fluoxetine and pregabaline, as well as some occasional memantine (ya I know technically a disso but a slow and long acting partial one which isn't prone to glutamatergic rebound) during the last three months. When I over-do memantine, that is as less as 40mg, I get some of the schizo mimetic effects back but only for as long as it acts. I'd say the real problem isn't schizo stuff but loss of short-/mid-term memory. What manages it to the long term memory appears to stay there, this makes it hard to really spot what's gone lost. But unfortunately even a year later I still have problems memorizing stuff.

It's pretty good, considering. Definitely have reduced capacity vs people who have never abused ket - but I'd say i can piss a pint or 2 most of the time.
Sometimes if i really neck my alcohol ill piss, then 5 mins later need to go again, i think this is urine being backed up because my bladder won't stretch any more due to the fibrosis....probably really really bad for my kidneys.
The urgency is somewhat there, when I need to go, but I can actually hold it rather than having to whip my dick out in the high street or on the bus like I did multiple times back then to avoid pissing myself. Sometimes I can get into bed and then feel like I have a full bladder/need to piss - but say to myself ahh fuck it ill hold it and im able to sleep like 6 hours before I wake up and have to go, back then this was straight up impossible. I'd HAVE to get up and go, and then I'd wake up within 15-45 minutes and have to go again. On repeat.

I highly doubt it'll ever go back to 'normal'. But its livable-with, for now. Im mid thirties, when/if i get older I'll probably need some work or a bag though, if my kidneys dont die from the backup damaging them first lol. It is what it is. I should be studied, i dont think theres that many people who were going through what i was back 6 years ago and didnt have their bladders removed and/or a bag fitted.

If i have a session where i snort alot, the next day my capacity is reduced and frequency is increased for a few days. This doesnt seem to happen if i inject.
